-Media Synergy: way in which different elements of media conglomerates work together to promote linked products across different media. 

------- Works when different elements of media conglomerate (film,record label,game) promotes created linked products (film,soundtrack, game) so that they all publicise each other.

E.G HARRY POTTER:

Adverts for film shown,articles of the film appeared in newspapers, soundtrack released, AOLs internet service offered merchandise.
